Lynette has been in the food industry for the past 20 years, specializing as a Personal Chef in Alternative/Special Diets. She has extensive knowledge of Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan Diets, as well as Food Allergies. She expanded her horizons in 2020 and fell in love with the artistic element and creative process of edible art.
